継続1週間クリア！笑顔のタイミングまで出してくるChatGPTに注目（笑）
ChatGPTが生成した英語スクリプトでYouTube生配信をする200日チャレンジを開始して1週間達成しました！何かをしようとして、発信していると周りの人がそれに気づいてくれる感覚は、中学生時代を思い出します。Temple UniversityのFacebookページからトップファン認定を受けたのはたまたまですが、こういうちょっとしたことでも追い風になりますね（笑）
継続は力なり！皆勤賞＋毎日朝練の自称男子バレー部時代
私が「継続は力なり」を実感したのは中学2年生の時。小学校5年生の時に地域のクラブチームの1期生としてバレーボール人生をスタートした私は入学した中学校に男子バレーボール部がなく、初めはバスケットボール部に所属していました。バスケはバスケで楽しんでいましたが、中学校の部活動でバレーボールがやりたいと思っていた私は1年でバスケ部をやめ、2年次からは女子バレー部に混ざって練習に参加させてもらっていました。その間、毎朝6時頃に学校に行って、校門を開けてくれる用務員さんを待ちました。その用務員さんがバレーボールをしている方だったので、時間があるときは対人レシーブなどを相手してくれました。それ以外の時間は自分で考えた自主練メニューを日々熟していました。時にはひたすら壁に向かってスパイクを打つ「壁打ち」を1時間以上無心でやっていることもありました（その頃培われたミート力がコーチングに役立っているかもしれません）。
そして、私が朝練をしていた場所は校舎裏の駐車場横の外コートだったので、入れ替わり立ち代わり登校して生きた先生方がすれ違います。そのたびに私は「おはようございます！男子バレー部の塚田です！」と挨拶していました。そんな一見変わり者な1年を過ごした後、私が中学校3年次には念願の男子バレーボール部ができました。私は男子バレー部を作ってほしいと誰かにお願いしたわけではなく、私の1年間の行動は直接男子バレー部創設のために行っていたわけではありませんでしたが、結果的に私の行動を見た人たちが動いてくれました。最近私が勉強をしたジェームズ・スキナー氏の書籍の中にこうした唯物論では説明がつかない行動と結果の繋がりを「スピリチュアル・リンケージ（精神的連鎖）」と呼んでいるとありました。私がYouTubeの動画見た中には、例としてキング牧師の「歩く」という行動と「黒人の人権」という結果や、ガンジーの「食わない」という行動と「平和（戦争が終わる）」という結果が挙げられていました。上記の歴史上の偉人の場合は、それらの行動と結果を自分の中であらかじめ結び付けていた点が、このスピリチュアル・リンケージのすごさだと説明がなされていました。
今日の英語スクリプトでも触れられていますが、私には人生をかけて叶えたい夢があります。それは「バレーボール殿堂入り」を果たすことです。それが実際どのような功績のもとで叶うものなのかわかりませんが、人生の目標をいろいろと考える中でその柱となるものがそれでした。そのために達成したいことは今後詳しく話していきますが、英語で発信し続けるこのチャレンジはその第一歩です。

I want to create a team from scratch, not as a national representative, but as my own creation, and take them to the top of the world. To achieve this dream, I’ll establish an independent volleyball league in Okinawa. I want to bring in international players, especially from the U.S., and turn the league into a bridge for the American military personnel and their families in Okinawa to connect with the local community.
[Cut to a shot of Keisuke excitedly]Keisuke: But that’s not all! To make it to the Volleyball Hall of Fame, I’m aiming to reach 10 million subscribers on my YouTube channel. These goals might seem enormous, but I’m determined to achieve them, and I want to gather like-minded individuals in Thumbs Up Smile to make it happen. I envision creating a volleyball team with around 14 YouTubers who can sing and dance, each taking on different roles within the team.

Some might be strength coaches, conditioning trainers, data analysts, cooks, singers, painters, and more. I believe that volleyball players have so much more to offer beyond the game, and I want to create a team where everyone can bring their passions and talents to the table. And with this team, we’ll achieve the ultimate goal of five consecutive world championships!
